Welcome to the Equity Communities of Practice™

The convening place for cross-sector collaboration, community, advocacy, personal development and home of CERTIFIED INTERDISCIPLINARY ARCHITECT OF HEALTH EQUITIES (CIDAHE)™ online training & community.

We bring together leaders and advocates across disciplines—including public health, finance, education, housing, and more—who are committed to creating meaningful change.

Earn the CIDAHE™ certification through the Certified Interdisciplinary Architect of Health Equities (CIDAHE)™ training program.

The program brings together learning, professional development, collaboration, professional coaching, and applied experiences for people working inside—and around—the systems that shape health.

Through online workshops, live coaching, cohort-based learning, collaborative activities, and Equity Sprints™, the program connects people working across policy, care, technology, advocacy, public health, community health, and other sectors.

Members and CIDAHE™ candidates have opportunities to work across disciplines, take part in group challenges, practice leadership skills, build personal awareness, and develop new ways of understanding and responding to the social and systemic factors that shape health outcomes.

Participants who complete the certification requirements and meet the established standards may earn the CIDAHE™ certification.

What is an Equity Sprint™?

An Equity Sprint™ is a 6-week collaborative problem-solving experience where participants work across disciplines to examine a real-world challenge from multiple perspectives, develop ideas, and refine practical solutions. Drawing from hackathons, think tanks, and design thinking, Equity Sprints™ help participants apply what they are learning while building leadership, collaboration, and interdisciplinary problem-solving skills.
